Delivery Times

We understand that receiving your luxury timepiece is an event to be anticipated with excitement. We therefore endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Insurance & Security

Every DriftingCliffEcho shipment is insured for its full retail value from dispatch until delivery. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We work exclusively with premium logistics partners certified for high-value item transportation.

Import Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within Switzerland, all applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices. For international deliveries, the recipient may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Drifting Cliff Echo.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We are confident that you will be delighted with your DriftingCliffEcho timepiece. However, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of use or modification
• All original packaging must be present, including the presentation box, certificate of authenticity, warranty card, and care guide
• The watch must not have been adjusted, engraved, or personalised after delivery
• The original price tag (if applicable) must still be attached

How to Initiate a Return

Contact your client advisor at info@driftingcliffecho.com within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a complimentary insured return label and arrange collection from your preferred address. Do not send the watch without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number from us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify the returned item (typically 2–3 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a timepiece for a different model of equal or greater value within 30 days of receipt. Contact your client advisor to arrange this — we will guide you through the entire process.

5-Year International Warranty

All Drifting Cliff Echo timepieces are covered by our comprehensive 5-Year International Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Complete movement service — disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly
• Component replacement — any defective parts replaced at no charge
• Timekeeping adjustment — regulation to our ±3 seconds/day standard
• Case & bracelet refinishing — restoration of original surface finish

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical damage caused by accidents, falls, or impact
• Water damage exceeding the watch's specified water resistance rating
• Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or third-party service
• Normal wear, including scratches on cases, crystals, and straps
• Battery replacement (quartz models only)

Warranty Registration

Your warranty is automatically registered upon purchase. The warranty card included with your watch serves as proof of warranty. Please keep this document safely as it may be required for warranty service.
