Yes. Drifting Cliff Echo offers a bespoke commission service for clients who wish to create a one-of-a-kind timepiece. Our atelier can accommodate personal engravings, custom dial designs, choice of precious metals, and even personalised movement decorations.
Bespoke commissions typically require 6–18 months lead time and a deposit of 50% at order placement. Please contact us to discuss your vision.
All prices displayed on our website include Swiss VAT at the rate of 7.7%. Clients ordering for delivery outside Switzerland may be eligible for VAT exemption — this is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the dispatch process. Please contact our client advisors immediately via email or phone.
For bespoke commissions: cancellation is subject to the terms agreed at order placement. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
We offer flexible payment plans for qualifying purchases above CHF 5,000. Plans are available for 3, 6, or 12 months at 0% interest for approved clients. Please contact your client advisor to discuss eligibility.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to our logistics partner's tracking portal. You can also contact your client advisor at any time for a real-time update on your shipment's status.

In the rare event that your watch arrives with any damage, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours. Do not attempt to open or repair the watch. We will arrange immediate replacement and manage the insurance claim on your behalf.
Products & Authenticity
Every DriftingCliffEcho timepiece comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, hand-signed by the master watchmaker who assembled it. The certificate includes the unique serial number, movement calibre, and date of completion. This certificate is registered in our master archive and can be verified at any time.
Water resistance varies by collection. Our Sport & Diver watches are rated to 300 metres. Dress and Complications watches are typically rated to 30–50 metres — suitable for hand washing but not swimming. The exact rating for each model is listed in the specifications section of each product page.
Your watch arrives with a comprehensive care guide. Key points include:
Clean with a soft, dry cloth — avoid chemicals and solvents
For leather straps, avoid prolonged water exposure
Automatic watches should be worn regularly to maintain power reserve
Store in the provided watch box when not wearing
Bring for servicing every 5–7 years, or as recommended
Yes. We offer engraving on the case back (text, initials, or a special date), as well as custom dial configurations on select models. Personalisation services are available at the time of purchase — please select the option during checkout or contact us for bespoke requests.

Complete movement service and regulation
Replacement of any defective components
Case and bracelet refinishing
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
We recommend a complete service every 5–7 years for standard mechanical watches, and every 4–5 years for tourbillons and highly complicated movements. Your client advisor will contact you proactively to remind you when your watch is due for service.

In-person drop-off at our Zurich boutique
Complimentary insured collection from your home or office
White-glove courier service in select cities

Boutique & Private Viewings
Our boutique is located at Bahnhofstrasse 18, 8001 Zurich — on Zurich's prestigious shopping street, conveniently situated near the main railway station. We are open Monday–Friday 9:00–18:30 and Saturday 10:00–17:00. Sunday visits are by private appointment only.
You can book a private viewing through our Contact page. Private viewings are available in-boutique, via video call, or — for qualifying clients — through our white-glove home presentation service. Please allow 1–2 business days for your client advisor to confirm your appointment.
Walk-in visits are welcome during boutique hours, subject to availability. However, for the most attentive service and to ensure your chosen timepieces are prepared for viewing, we strongly recommend booking in advance — especially for Grand Complications and limited-edition pieces.
