Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfer. All transactions are processed through our 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateway.

For orders above CHF 50,000, we offer a dedicated private banking service and the option to settle via secure escrow.

Yes. Drifting Cliff Echo offers a bespoke commission service for clients who wish to create a one-of-a-kind timepiece. Our atelier can accommodate personal engravings, custom dial designs, choice of precious metals, and even personalised movement decorations.

Bespoke commissions typically require 6–18 months lead time and a deposit of 50% at order placement. Please contact us to discuss your vision.

All prices displayed on our website include Swiss VAT at the rate of 7.7%. Clients ordering for delivery outside Switzerland may be eligible for VAT exemption — this is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the dispatch process. Please contact our client advisors immediately via email or phone.

For bespoke commissions: cancellation is subject to the terms agreed at order placement. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.

We offer flexible payment plans for qualifying purchases above CHF 5,000. Plans are available for 3, 6, or 12 months at 0% interest for approved clients. Please contact your client advisor to discuss eligibility.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to our logistics partner's tracking portal. You can also contact your client advisor at any time for a real-time update on your shipment's status.
